| 4 | tablespoons | Lemon juice (fresh); (4 to 5) |
| ½ | tablespoon | Olive oil; (extra virgin) |
| 4 | Garlic cloves; crushed (4 to 5) | |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Blend chick peas in blender until smooth. Combine all ingredients with chick peas. Chill ½ hour. Correct seasonings to taste.
