Ingredients

1canChick peas
½cupTahini
1Chopped onion
4tablespoonsLemon juice (fresh); (4 to 5)
½tablespoonOlive oil; (extra virgin)
4Garlic cloves; crushed (4 to 5)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Blend chick peas in blender until smooth. Combine all ingredients with chick peas. Chill ½ hour. Correct seasonings to taste.
