Indian chicken with mint chutney

Ingredients

4Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4clovesGarlic, chopped
1tablespoonGrated ginger
1tablespoonLemon juice
1tablespoonGaram masala or curry paste
1tablespoonVegetable oil
½cupYogurt
6Green onions, finely chopped
1tablespoonGrated ginger
1teaspoonFinely chopped jalapeno pepper
2teaspoonsGranulated sugar
1tablespoonLime juice
½cupChopped coriander leaves
1cupChopped mint leaves
1cupPlain yogurt
Salt to taste

Directions

MINT CHUTNEY:

Combine garlic, ginger, lemon juice, garam masala, vegetable oil and yogurt. Spread on chicken breasts. Let marinate for 1 hour.

Combine all ingredients for mint chutney in food processor or blender.

Puree until smooth.

Place chicken on grill, close cover and grill chicken for 5 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Serve with mint chutney on side.
