Indian chicken with mint chutney

| 4 | cloves | Garlic, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Grated ginger |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garam masala or curry paste |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
| ½ | cup | Yogurt |
| 6 | Green onions, finely chopped | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Grated ginger |
| 1 | teaspoon | Finely chopped jalapeno pepper |
| 2 | teaspoons | Granulated sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lime juice |
| ½ | cup | Chopped coriander leaves |
| 1 | cup | Chopped mint leaves |
| 1 | cup | Plain yogurt |
| Salt to taste | ||
Directions
MINT CHUTNEY:
Combine garlic, ginger, lemon juice, garam masala, vegetable oil and yogurt. Spread on chicken breasts. Let marinate for 1 hour.
Combine all ingredients for mint chutney in food processor or blender.
Puree until smooth.
Place chicken on grill, close cover and grill chicken for 5 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Serve with mint chutney on side.
