Impossible coconut pie (thomas)

Ingredients

| 4 | Eggs | |
| 1 | Stick margarine, softened | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Flour |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1 | cup | Coconut (reserve 1/2 cup) |
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend 30 seconds. Grease and flour 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining coconut over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes and coconut is golden brown.
