|3 pounds||Beef;thin sliced sirloin|
|1½ cup||Oyster Sauce;bottled|
|3 tablespoons||Peanut Oil|
Steam asparagus until just done; do not overcook. Refresh under cold water; cut into chunks.
In a wok, heat peanut oil very hot. Add beef sirloin and garlic; cook 1 minute. Add scallions; cook 1 minute more. Add asparagus and oyster sauce; cook 3 minutes or until sauce is bubbling and asparagus heated through.
Serve with steamed rice.
