Imperial stir-fry

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Beef;thin sliced sirloin
1 \N Asparagus;bunch
3 \N Scallion;chopped;
1 \N Garlic;chopped;clove
1½ cup Oyster Sauce;bottled
3 tablespoons Peanut Oil
\N \N Rice;Steamed;

Steam asparagus until just done; do not overcook. Refresh under cold water; cut into chunks.

In a wok, heat peanut oil very hot. Add beef sirloin and garlic; cook 1 minute. Add scallions; cook 1 minute more. Add asparagus and oyster sauce; cook 3 minutes or until sauce is bubbling and asparagus heated through.

Serve with steamed rice.
