| 1 | tablespoon | Vanilla or maple syrup |
| 1 | large | Scoop vanilla ice cream |
| 1 | small | Bottle club soda or chilled |

Directions
Place syrup in tall glass. Add ice cream and slowly pour in club soda.
Serve with a long handled spoon and drinking straw. **Note** Gingerale may be used in place of soda or lemonade.
