Hurry-up curry

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Cubed pork mix; thawed, (see recipe)
⅓ cup Catsup
¾ cup Water
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon Curry powder
2 teaspoons Steak sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup Chutney; if desired
3 cups Hot cooked rice
\N 6 servings

In large skillet, combine all ingredients except chutney and rice. Cook over med. heat until heated through, about 10 minutes. If desired, spoon chutney into small bowl. Serve curry mixture over hot rice. Affer chutney.

Almost forgot!! These recipes were from the More Make-A -Mix Cookery by Karine Eliason, Nevada Harward and Madeline Westover. I have used it quite a bit and their recipes have been tasty and especially nice to have on hand when I was still working.
