|5||Cloves garlic, minced|
|½ cup||Lemon juice|
|½ cup||Olive oil|
|S & P to taste|
|Whatever herb strikes my fancy, basil works very well with this, tho.|
Basically, I took the recipe from Cooking with Rosie and revved it up a bit.
Blend together in food processor. Serve with hot pita.
