Hummus 4

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Garbanzos
5 Cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Tahini
½ cup Lemon juice
½ cup Olive oil
S & P to taste
Whatever herb strikes my fancy, basil works very well with this, tho.

Basically, I took the recipe from Cooking with Rosie and revved it up a bit.

Blend together in food processor. Serve with hot pita.
