Measure | Ingredient |

½ pounds | Tennessee Pride® country sausage |
1 can | (16 oz) pork and beans in tomato sauce |
2 ounces | Sharp process American cheese, shredded |
2 tablespoons | Ketchup |
½ teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
2 drops | Tabasco® sauce; or more to taste |
Cook sausage in a skillet until it loses its pink color; stir to break up sausage and drain off fat. In a blender combine sausage iwth beans, shredded cheese, ketchup, mustard and Tabasco; blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides. Return to skillet. Heat. Serve with corn chips or assorted crackers. Makes about 2½ cups.
