Hot sauce for falafels

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Vegetable broth | 
| 6 | tablespoons | Tomato paste | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Red chili paste | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh lemon juice | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cumin | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh parsley, minced | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Cilantro, minced | 
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pot.  Over a medium heat, simmer till slightly thickened, should take 5 minutes.
