Hot sauce for falafels

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Vegetable broth
6 tablespoons Tomato paste
2 teaspoons Red chili paste
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon Cilantro, minced

Combine all ingredients in a pot. Over a medium heat, simmer till slightly thickened, should take 5 minutes.
