Measure | Ingredient |

2 tablespoons | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | Vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Half And Half; OR |
2 tablespoons | Undiluted Evaporated Milk |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
Combine all the ingredients together and beat with a rotary beater until light and fluffy. Serve on potato salad, cole slaw and use in deviled eggs for a great treat. Makes ¼ Cup of Dressing.
