Honey-garlic pork loin

4eachesBoneless pork center loin chops, 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 inch thick
¼cupLemon juice
¼cupHoney
2tablespoonsSoy sauce
1tablespoonDry sherry
2eachesCloves garlic, minced

Directions

Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops in heavy plastic bag.

Seal. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Remove chops from marinade, reserve marinade. Broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12-15 minutes, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Source: National Port Producers Council ad in Bon Ap‚tit magazine, October 1990.
