Honey scones

Yield: 24 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Honey
8 ounces Egg
3 ounces Vegetable oil
3 ounces Half and half
2 pounds Biscuit mix
2 tablespoons Grated orange peel
\N \N Egg wash

Method: Combine and mix honey, eggs, oil and half and half. Stir into biscuit mix and grated orange peel. Divide dough into 2 parts, place on floured board and roll each part into circle ½-inch thick. Cut each round into 12 wedges. Place on greased or paper-lined pans.
