Honey drops

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Strained honey
1 tablespoon Butter or butter substitute
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
⅛ teaspoon Baking soda
\N \N Few grains salt

Heat honey to boiling. Add baking soda, butter, lemon juice, and salt. Boil to hard ball stage (265 - 270 F). Pour into well-buttered pan. Cool. Pull until white and porous. Cut in 1 inch pieces. Iva C.
