Homemade crunch and munch

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Real butter
1 cup White sugar
2 tablespoons Clear corn syrup
3 cups Mixed nuts (your choice)
10 cups Popped popcorn

In cast iron skillet, melt butter, sugar and syrup. Bring to boil, add nuts, and continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until mixture turns a nice golden brown. Pour over top of popped popcorn and mix with a spoon until well blended. Be careful as this mixture stays HOT a long time. Origin: Adapted from the Almond Butter Crunch Recipe.
