Ingredients

½cupDark seedless raisins
½cupGolden seedless raisins
cupCognac or apple cider
¼teaspoonGrated lemon peel
1cupChopped Calif. dried figs (about 8 oz.)
2cupsRoasted Oregon hazelnuts (about 8 oz.)

Directions

Combine raisins, cognac or cider and lemon peel in small saucepan.

Simmer until liquid is absorbed; cool. Mix with figs and Oregon hazelnuts. Serve as a snack.
