1ounceHallertauer Hops; boiling
½ounceHallertauer Hops; flavor
½ounceHallertauer Hops; aroma
ounceCoriander; crushed
½ounceOrange peel; dried ground
1packAle yeast
¾cupCorn sugar; bottling

Directions

Boil malt, honey, and boiling hops in 1½ gal of water for 45 min.

Then add ¾ zo of corriander and flavor hops and boil 10 min. Then ass rest of corriander and orange peel and boil 5 min., adding aroma hops during final 1-2 min.
