Herbs and trout

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N 8-10 oz. trouts
4 tablespoons Melted butter
1 \N Lemon; sliced
1 \N Orange; sliced
\N \N Salt and pepper; to taste
\N \N Basil; to taste
\N \N Thyme; to taste
\N \N Shallots; to taste
1 dash Paprika

Brush trout with melted butter. Season with salt, pepper, basil, thyme and shallots. Place lemon and orange slices on top in alternating pattern.

Sprinkle with paprika. Steam over clear water for 7-10 minutes.

Serves 6.
