| ½ | cup | Milk or more |
| 3 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |

Directions

Preheat pan to 375. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening. Add egg and milk. Knead lightly and roll out ½" thick.
Cut in triangle. Bake on griddle or electric fry pan about 5 minutes each side.
