Hearty mongol soup

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Water
1 cup Split Peas Dry
2 cans Tomato Soup(10 oz each)
2 \N Soupcans of water
1 cup Heavy Cream
½ teaspoon Basil, crushed
½ teaspoon Lemonrind
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
