Hearty pork soup

Ingredients

2tablespoonsOlive or vegetable oil
1poundsPork tenderloin; trimmed and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
2Cloves garlic; minced
1mediumOnion; chopped
4mediumsCarrots; sliced
2cupsFresh broccoli flowerets
2cupsSliced fresh mushrooms
1cupSliced celery
10cupsWater
2tablespoonsWyler's chicken flavor instant bouillon
2teaspoonsThyme leaves
½teaspoonPepper
½teaspoonAmerican Heart Association original herb seasoning
½pack(1-lb) Creamette Rotelle; uncooked

Directions

In Dutch oven, heat oil. Add pork, garlic and onion; cook and stir until meat is cooked through. Add remaining ingredients except rotelle; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes. Prepare Creamette Rotelle as package directs; drain. Stir into soup. Heat through. Refrigerate leftovers.
