|¾ pounds||Hot Italian Sausage; Sliced|
|½ medium||Green Pepper; Chopped|
|1 medium||Onion; Chopped|
|1 can||Tomatoes (19 Oz); Broken Up|
|1 can||Tomato Sauce; (7 1/2 Oz)|
|½ teaspoon||Garlic Powder|
|1 \N||Pouch Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup Mix|
|½ cup||Grated Mozzarella Cheese|
In a dutch oven or heavy saucepan, brown sausage, green pepper and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add soup mix; simmer, covered 5-7 minutes longer . May be frozen at this stage. Sprinle each serving with grated Mozzarella cheese.
Makes 4-5 servings.
