Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
1 large Egg
1 cup Squash, cooked, mashed
1½ cup Unbleached White Flour
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1½ cup Dates, finely chopped

Beat together oil, egg, and sqash. Add flour, baking powder and spices. Beat well; stir in dates. Drop batter by small teaspoonfuls onto lightly oiled baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool on wire racks.
