Fruit cookies

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Brown sugar
1 cup Lard; or butter
2 eaches Eggs
½ cup Milk; sour
1 teaspoon Baking soda; in milk
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
½ pounds Raisins
1 cup Nuts

Knead like bread until stiff enough not to stick to board. Roll thin.

Cut and bake.

Note: No temperature given. Assume a 425 F. oven.
