Ham filling for celery fingers

Ingredients

| 4 | tablespoons | Sour cream |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped sweet pickle relish |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
| dash | Black pepper to taste | |
| Several stalks freshly washed celery, cut into 3\" lengths | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Use to fill celery fingers. Yields ⅔ cup filling.
NOTE: This recipe only takes a couple of minutes to prepare and does not heat up the kitchen.
