Haitian hot pepper sauce

3eachesHabanero or 6 Serrano chiles, stems removed, chopped
½cupPapaya, chopped
½cupRaisins
1cupFinely chopped onions
3eachesCloves garlic, minced
½teaspoonTurmeric
¼cupMalt vinegar

Directions
