Haitian hot pepper sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 eaches Habanero or 6 Serrano chiles, stems removed, chopped
½ cup Papaya, chopped
½ cup Raisins
1 cup Finely chopped onions
3 eaches Cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Turmeric
¼ cup Malt vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Place mixture in blender and blend until smooth. The Whole Chili Pepper From the collection of Jim Vorheis
