Haddock au gratin with broccoli

Ingredients

| 10 | ounces | Pkg frozen broccoli |
| 1½ | pounds | Haddock fillets |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Coarsley grated Parmesan cheese |
| 3 | tablespoons | Bread crumbs |
| 5 | tablespoons | Finely shredded leek -OR- |
| 5 | tablespoons | Finely chopped chives |
| 3 | tablespoons | Milk -OR- |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sour cream -OR- |
| 3 | tablespoons | Light cream |
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Prepare broccoli until just tender. Place in greased ovenproof dish. Place fish fillets on top; sprinkle with salt. Mix grated cheese, bread crumbs, and leeks or chives together.
Blend in milk, sour cream, or cream. Dab cheese mixture over fish; bake 20-30 minutes or until fish tests done with fork. Serve with mashed potatoes.
