Broccoli au gratin

2packs(10 Oz.) frozen broccoli spears
1can(10 Oz.) Condensed Cream Of Shrimp Soup
½cupLight cream
½cupTomato juice
¼cupBread crumbs
3tablespoonsMelted butter
½cupGrated sharp cheese

Directions

Cook broccoli as directed. Drain. Combine soup, cream, and tomato juice in pan; cook until hot. Arrange broccoli in buttered, shallow dish. Pour soup mixture over it. Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serves 6-8.
