Broccoli au gratin

Ingredients

| 2 | packs | (10 Oz.) frozen broccoli spears |
| 1 | can | (10 Oz.) Condensed Cream Of Shrimp Soup |
| ½ | cup | Light cream |
| ½ | cup | Tomato juice |
| ¼ | cup | Bread crumbs |
| 3 | tablespoons | Melted butter |
| ½ | cup | Grated sharp cheese |
Directions
Cook broccoli as directed. Drain. Combine soup, cream, and tomato juice in pan; cook until hot. Arrange broccoli in buttered, shallow dish. Pour soup mixture over it. Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serves 6-8.
