Broccoli au gratin

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (10 Oz.) frozen broccoli spears
1 can (10 Oz.) Condensed Cream Of Shrimp Soup
½ cup Light cream
½ cup Tomato juice
¼ cup Bread crumbs
3 tablespoons Melted butter
½ cup Grated sharp cheese

Cook broccoli as directed. Drain. Combine soup, cream, and tomato juice in pan; cook until hot. Arrange broccoli in buttered, shallow dish. Pour soup mixture over it. Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serves 6-8.
