|1 tablespoon||All purpose flour|
|2 cups||Shredded cheddar cheese|
|½ pounds||Elbows cooked and drained|
|½ cup||Canned tomatoes drain & chop|
For those of you who asked here is a repost of Horn and Hardart's Macaroni and Cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter - whisk in flour, then add milk, salt, and pepper and cayenne. Stir till thick and smooth, 8 to 10 min. Add cheese and cook until it melts. Remove from heat. In mixing bowl combine macaroni and sauce. Stir in tomatoes and sugar. Put in baking dish. Bake till brown 30-40 minutes.
