Gyoza (crispy won ton)

60Gyoza skins(or wonton)
½poundsGround pork
8Water chestnuts
1teaspoonGarlic juice
¼cupGreen onion; chopped
1teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsSoy sauce
½teaspoonMSG
1pinchPepper (even less)

Directions

Peel chestnuts (if necessary) and mince. Combine pork, nuts, garlic juice and onions. Mix well. Add soy sauce, msg, pepper. Spread skins out and place 1 tsp. mix in the center. Fold and crimp. Deep fry until crisp.
