Gyoza potstickers with gingered dipping sauce

2½ | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
¼ | cup | Seasoned rice vinegar |
¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Minced pickled ginger |
Or peeled and minced | ||
Fresh ginger |
Directions
1. In a large frying pan, cook the potsticker in the oil over medium-high heat until they begin to brown on one side.
2. Reduce heat to medium and add ¼ cup of water to the pan. Cover pan and steam until the bottoms of the potstickers are brown and they are tender, 6-8 min.
3. In a small bowl, stir together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and pickled ginger. Serve this dipping sauce with the warm potstickers.
