Gyoza potstickers with gingered dipping sauce

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
16 \N Gyoza potstickers
2½ tablespoon Vegetable oil
¼ cup Seasoned rice vinegar
¼ cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Minced pickled ginger
\N \N Or peeled and minced
\N \N Fresh ginger

1. In a large frying pan, cook the potsticker in the oil over medium-high heat until they begin to brown on one side.

2. Reduce heat to medium and add ¼ cup of water to the pan. Cover pan and steam until the bottoms of the potstickers are brown and they are tender, 6-8 min.

3. In a small bowl, stir together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and pickled ginger. Serve this dipping sauce with the warm potstickers.
