¼teaspoonNutmeg
2tablespoonsPrune -- puree or margarine
1Egg Beaters. 99% Egg
Substitute
1cupNonfat Milk
½cupRaisins
½cupGumdrops -- diced, no black
Ones
4tablespoonsFlour

Directions

Sift all dry ingredients except the 4 T flour for dredging the fruit and candy. Add liquid to the dry ingredients mixing smooth; don't beat. Dredge raisins and gumdrops in flour. Add to the batter. Put in prepared lof pan. Let sit 20 min. Bake 45 min in 350 deg. F. oven.
