Gumdrop tea bread

| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |

| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| 2 | tablespoons | Prune -- puree or margarine |
| 1 | Egg Beaters. 99% Egg | |

| 1 | cup | Nonfat Milk |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ½ | cup | Gumdrops -- diced, no black |

| 4 | tablespoons | Flour |
Directions
Sift all dry ingredients except the 4 T flour for dredging the fruit and candy. Add liquid to the dry ingredients mixing smooth; don't beat. Dredge raisins and gumdrops in flour. Add to the batter. Put in prepared lof pan. Let sit 20 min. Bake 45 min in 350 deg. F. oven.
