Groundnuts and greens in spicy sauce

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Groundnuts; boiled (100 g)
100 grams Spinach; cut into bite sized
\N \N ; pieces 100 g
\N \N ; lettuce, cut into
\N \N ; bite sized pieces
1 cup Fresh curd; beaten (240 ml)
2 tablespoons Chilli-tomato sauce; (30 ml)
\N \N A dash of Capsico sauce
\N \N Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon Black pepper powder; (1 g)

FOR THE SPICY SAUCE

PUT all the greens and groundnuts in a bowl and refrigerate till serving time to retain the crispness.

Prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients. Toss the salad into the spicy sauce at the time of serving.
