Grilled swordfish with walnut sauce

4 Swordfish steaks (6 oz ea)
1 tablespoon Melted butter
Sauce:
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt
¼ teaspoon Fresh cracked pepper
2 tablespoons Walnut oil
¼ cup Olive oil

Directions

Brush fish with butter. Grill in broiler 4 minutes each side. Sauce: Blend together mustard, lemon juice, salt. pepper & oils thoroughly.

Brush fish with sauce & serve.
