Grilled swordfish w\\ roasted peppers and herb vinaigrette

Ingredients

Juice of 3 limes
(approximately 1/4 cup)
1Fresh jalapeno pepper,
Seeded and chopped
2Cloves garlic, peeled
¼cupFresh cilantro leaves,
Lightly packed
1teaspoonCracked black pepper
4tablespoonsGrated fresh ginger
¼cupUnsweetened coconut milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to combine. Use to marinate swordfish, salmon, tuna, or red snapper overnight.
