Grilled pork with nectarines and watercress

Ingredients

½cupOrange juice
3tablespoonsFresh cilantro; or parsley, chopped
3tablespoonsOlive oil
1teaspoonOrange zest; grated
1cloveGarlic; minced
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
1poundsPork chops; boneless, center-cut
2Nectarines; pitted,in wedges
1poundsWatercress; coarsely chopped

Directions

Combine orange juice, cilantro, oil, zest, garlic, salt and pepper.

Place chops in a non-reactive dish and drizzle with 3 tbs of the dressing. Cover, chill and marinade at least one hour.

Prepare grill and cook chops to medium done. Slice into strips and toss with nectarines, watercress and dressing. Serve.
