|1 \N||Round italian flatbread|
|1 tablespoon||Olive oil|
|1 \N||Green onion; chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh parsley; chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh parmesan; grated|
1. Brush top of flatbread evenly with oil; sprinkle with green onion, parsley and top with parmesan cheese.
2. Place on oiled barbecue grill; grill with lid down over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until base is crisp and golden. * Watch carefully as the base can burn quickly
3. Cut into wedges and serve.
