Grilled herb flatbread

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Round italian flatbread
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 \N Green onion; chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley; chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh parmesan; grated

1. Brush top of flatbread evenly with oil; sprinkle with green onion, parsley and top with parmesan cheese.

2. Place on oiled barbecue grill; grill with lid down over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until base is crisp and golden. * Watch carefully as the base can burn quickly

3. Cut into wedges and serve.
