Grilled chicken sate

Ingredients

| 3 | Whole boned and skinned chicken breasts | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| ½ | cup | Peanut oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Ginger root; chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground coriander |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
Directions
MARINADE
1. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
2. Combine marinade ingredient and add to chicken; marinate 2 hours or overnight.
3. Thread chicken on presoaked bamboo skewers and grill over medium heat until cooked thoroughly.
4. Serve with favorite peanut sauce.
