Green peas with celery and ripe olives

2tablespoonsMelted butter or margarine
10ouncesPackage frozen peas
8ouncesCan pitted ripe olives, drained & thinly sliced
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
½teaspoonMonosodium glutamate (opt)

Directions

1. Place celery in melted butter in a deep 1½-quart, heat- resistant, non-metallic casserole and heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes.

2. Add peas, cover and heat an additional 4 minutes, stirring once.

3. Stir in olives and seasonings, heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes.
