|16 ounces||Green Beans|
|3 tablespoons||Unsalted Butter|
|2 tablespoons||Instant Minced Onions|
|3 tablespoons||Fine Dry Breadcrumbs|
In skillet over low heat melt butter. Set aside until milk solids have settled to bottom. Skim, discarding solids. Rib skillet with garlic. Heat clarified butter until browned. Saute onions and then add bread crumbs and lemon juice. Cook until browned. Heat beans and drain. Put in serving dish and top with bread crumbs.
