Green beans in wine sauce

Ingredients

4cupsGreen beans, cooked
3slicesBacon -- diced
1mediumOnion -- sliced
3tablespoonsSugar
2teaspoonsCornstarch
3tablespoonsTarragon vinegar
½cupSherry

Directions

Saute bacon and onion. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over hot beans; serve.
