Green beans in wine sauce

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Green beans, cooked |
| 3 | slices | Bacon -- diced |
| 1 | medium | Onion -- sliced |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cornstarch |
| 3 | tablespoons | Tarragon vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Sherry |
Directions
Saute bacon and onion. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over hot beans; serve.
