Green bean stir-fry with feta

40gramsPine kernels; (1 1/2oz)
1500 gram pac frozen green beans; sliced
1Clove garlic; crushed
75gramsBlack olives; stoned (3oz)
1420 gram can red kidney beans; rinsed and drained
2tablespoonsDry white wine
1tablespoonLemon juice
2teaspoonsChopped fresh thyme
2teaspoonsHoney
200gramsFeta cheese; cubed

Directions

Heat the oil in a wok, or large frying pan.

Add the nuts and stir-fry until lightly browned, remove them from the wok.

Add the garlic to the wok and stir-fry.

Add the olives, kidney beans, wine, juice, thyme, honey and green beans, stir until hot.

Stir in the nuts and cheese, then serve.
