½ cup | Plain whole milk yogurt |
\N \N | Superfine sugar to taste |
1 dash | Rum |
1½ cup | Red seedless grapes -- |
\N \N | Rinsed and halved |
\N \N | Mint leaves -- or chopped |
\N \N | Pistachio nuts for garnish |
Puree banana with yogurt and season with some superfine sugar and a dash of rum. Spoon into the bottom of wine glasses and spoon grapes over the top; garnish with mint or pistachios.
