Make simple pie shell and bake.Combine flour,sugar and salt; stir in water and milk.Stir and cook over boiling water until mixture thickens and no raw flour flavour remains. Stir into egg yolks and return to double boiler; stir and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add butter,grapefruit juice and rind.Cool slightly; turn into baked pie shell.Cover with lightly piled meringue of the egg whites and sugar.
