Goat cheese and sun-dried tomato pate

| Drained & chopped | ||
| 4 | ounces | Goat cheese |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| 8 | larges | Slices fresh French bread |
| 2 | teaspoons | Minced parsley |
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl combine tomatoes, goat cheese, and thyme. Lightly toast French bread and spread with tomato mixture. Top with parsley and serve.
