Ingredients

1teaspoonNutmeg or allspice
teaspoonCinnamon
teaspoonVanilla
1cupApple juice concentrate
½cupRaisins
2Egg whites
1cupCrushed pineapple,
Unsweetened, drained
1mediumOrange, juice and grated
Peel of
2tablespoonsCanola oil

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Combine and let stand to absorb, 2-3 minutes. Drop by teaspoons onto a spryed cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350F. until browned.

Variation: Add carob chips for the kids.
