Glazed goats' cheese with crostini

½Loaf ciabatta; sliced and toasted
2Tomatoes
6slicesCured Spanish pork loin; slices
6slicesGoats' cheese
1bunchChives; chopped
½pintDouble cream; reduce by 2/3rds

Directions

Toast the ciabatta, cover with sliced tomatoes, then the cured ham, followed with the goats' cheese. Mix the cream and chives and glaze under the grill.

Serve with roasted tomato and a small salad of lollo rosso lettuce, little gem lettuce, ¼ bunch chervil and ¼ bunch chives.
