|½||Loaf ciabatta; sliced and toasted|
|6 slices||Cured Spanish pork loin; slices|
|6 slices||Goats' cheese|
|1 bunch||Chives; chopped|
|½ pint||Double cream; reduce by 2/3rds|
Toast the ciabatta, cover with sliced tomatoes, then the cured ham, followed with the goats' cheese. Mix the cream and chives and glaze under the grill.
Serve with roasted tomato and a small salad of lollo rosso lettuce, little gem lettuce, ¼ bunch chervil and ¼ bunch chives.
