Ginger rice pudding

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Milk
⅓ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Cooked rice
⅓ cup Finely chopped crystallized ginger

Combine milk, sugar, salt and cooked rice in heavy-bottomed saucepan.

Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes. Stir in ginger. Serve warm. Yields 6 servings.
