Ginger peachy soup

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Juice; orange
1 cup Yogurt; plain
1 \N Inches Ginger; sliced
2 larges Peaches; peeled

In a blender or processor, combine orange juice, yogurt, fresh ginger and one peach. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into bowl. Chop remaining peach. Stir into processed mixture. Chill and serve.
