Ginger sparklers

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
1 cup Packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons Baking soda
¾ cup Butter
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Mollasses
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Ginger
½ teaspoon Cloves
Granulated sugar

Mix together flour, soda, and spices, stir well to blend. Cream brown sugar, butter, mollasses and egg thourghly. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture and mix well. Shape dough into 1" balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
