Georgia peach ice cream

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 | cups | Crushed peach pulp |
| 1 | cup | Whipped cream |
Directions
Combine sugar and flour, add milk and cook until thick, stirring occasionally. Cool. Add peach pulp and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream.
Freeze. Makes 2 quarts.
